A Market Valuation is not a survey. It is a limited check on the property that aims to confirm whether or not the surveyor considers the purchase price to be reasonable or to provide a valuation for tax purposes e.g. Probate or Court purposes e.g. Matrimonial disputes.

Our valuation will be based on only a brief inspection of the property, lasting approximately 30 minutes. The inspection is to value not identify defects. Of course any defects that are obvious and affect value will be mentioned.
